今次去到米芝蓮嘅兩星，今晚又有海鮮，又有少少鵝，所以佢哋推介我哋用呢一支布跟地嘅Chablis，呢支仲要係特別嘅日本限定版，市場少見😍，跟住同佢講想買走🤣，如果2018要就要過千，所以介紹2020年，平40%，所以就買2020年啦！
呢個品牌嘅葡萄🍇，係位於Vaillons 同Montmains後面嘅 - Les Pargues葡萄園區，葡萄藤樹靈都超過40年以上，生長於石灰岩上，所以味道特別有礦物質味，一打開就有白花嘅香味，小小嘅青蘋果香，再攤吓佢，就有啲熱帶水果嘅香氣，入口平衡，明顯有礦物嘅香氣，配搭海鮮，配吓肉都好夾👍
